Job Description : CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE/ADMINISTRATOR - 21,500K PLUS TEAM BONUS.

Our client is a leading company in their field, who are looking to recruit a Customer Support Executive/Administrator to join their busy team based in Central London, 10 minutes from Old Street or Angel tube stations.
Offering an excellent basic salary of 21,500 + team bonus


The role will be telephone based, dealing with enquiries, providing exceptional customer service and providing administrative support.


The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:-
-A-Level or equivalent eduaction level
-Experience of call handling and building rapport
-Aptitude to learn and relay relevent regulations
-Previous experience in complaint handling (would be advantageous)
-Administrative experience
-Excellent communicator
-Fast keyboard processing skills
-Stable work history (is essential)
-Hard working
